● We ship using the US Postal Service for the United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and St. Thomas.
● Time it takes to prepare your order: It will take 1 to 3 business days after receiving or clearing your full payment.
● Time it will take to ship your order: After your order has been prepared, it will take 3-5 business days (priority mail) in normal time. This means that the postal service will not have any problems making your delivery due to inclement weather if applicable.
● The price of the rate is fixed per box. It costs $19.00. The box dimension will be no larger than (11" wide x 8.5" long x 5.5" high) and the weight will not exceed 70 lbs.
● The buyer must make sure to provide the correct, accurate and detailed shipping address. If by chance the buyer does not provide the correct and complete address, GEN MASTER will not be responsible for the lost shipment or the mail returning the order to us according to the buyer's address.
● If the package is returned to us due to insufficient shipping address, the buyer will be billed again for the shipping cost of $19.00. As soon as we have received payment, the order will be sent again according to the new address provided by the buyer.
● All shipping will be provided to the buyer as soon as we send the tracking confirmation number for your information.
TERRITORIES THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE UNITED STATES:
●We also ship packages outside the Caribbean, but it is through a request via email. or phone call so we can properly investigate the shipping cost.
● The buyer must contact us at the phone number (1-787-738-7726) or send us an email to parts@genmasterpr.com.
● In the same communication, the buyer must indicate the name of the product they are interested in purchasing, the quantity, and the detailed and correct address where they will receive their order.
● The buyer must also provide us with their phone number and email address in case a member of our company needs to contact them.
● As soon as we receive the requested information, Gen Master staff will quote the different shipping companies according to the country to which it will be shipped. We generally quote through the following companies (USPS, FedEx / DHL / UPS).
● Once the shipping companies have given us the shipping costs, we will notify you so that the buyer can make a decision whether or not to accept the final quote, which will include all costs.
● If the Buyer accepts the final quote, as soon as we receive full payment, we will proceed to send your order to the address you provided us. Also, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the shipment tracking confirmation number for your information.
