PRICE POLICY:
• The prices shown on our website may differ from the prices in our store located in Cidra, Puerto Rico.
Return Policy:
• Parts ordered online and shipped correctly are non-refundable.
• Electrical parts shipped correctly are non-refundable. The only exception is when the part comes with a certification from a certified electrical technician certifying the defect in the part. This technician must also send us a brief explanation of the problem or situation. it is important that this technician include their license number identifying them as an electrical technician.
• The customer must send us the item along with a copy of the invoice. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Late or missing refunds (where applicable): if you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. it often takes some time before your refund is posted. if you've followed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
• Items will be processed within 7 calendar days after receipt. We will rely on the delivery history generated by the shipping company, whether USPS or another carrier.
PICKUP POLICY:
Merchandise pickup is free of charge at our local store located on highway 734, km 6.2, cidra, pr 00739.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Once we receive your purchase order through our website www.genmasterpr.com, we will contact you via text message with the phone number or email address you provided at checkout to notify you when your merchandise can be picked up at our local store in Cidra, Puerto Rico.
SHIPPING POLICY :
● For Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, we will use Isla Wide and/or UPS. Shipping will be within the schedule stipulated by Isla Wide. Delivery will be the following business day. The rate will be a flat rate of $12.50 for shipping (postal and local delivery to Puerto Rico only). The shipping box dimensions must not exceed 20" W x 20" D x 20" H. Each box shipped must not exceed 60 lbs. Delivery will be directly to your door.
● For U.S. territories, including the Virgin Islands and St. Thomas, we will use the United States Postal Service. Shipping will be based on the schedule stipulated by the USPS. Delivery will take between 3 and 7 business days. The rate will be a flat rate (postal/air) to all U.S. territories. Each box shipped must not exceed 70 lbs. Shipping costs may vary depending on the box dimensions:
- Small box: $12.00 each (Dimensions: 13.5 cm W x 21.8 cm L x 4.1 cm H)
- Medium box: $22.00 each (Dimensions: 28 cm wide x 21.5 cm long x 14 cm high)
- Large Box: $30.00 each (Dimensions: 31.7 cm wide x 31.7 cm long x 15.2 cm high)
Important: Our system calculates the shipping cost to the US at a flat rate for each selected item. If you purchase multiple items in one purchase and the shipping cost seems too high, please contact us immediately by email at shop.genmasterpr@gmail.com and let us know. We will immediately help you lower the shipping cost.
● Please make sure you provide us with the correct, precise, and detailed shipping address.
● As soon as we receive payment, we will ship it to the address provided. We will also send you a tracking confirmation number for your information.
● We recommend that you leave us the correct phone number so the delivery person can easily contact you when your package arrives. We will not use it for any other purpose.
● The order will be shipped within 3 to 15 business days after receipt or clearing of payment.
● If you do not receive your package within more than 30 business days, please let us know.
