Summary
This series of controllers are specially designed for starting, stopping, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline, and gas generating sets and have parameter setting functions.
This controller uses a 4.3-inch TFT color large-screen LCD to display the relevant parameters of the generator set, a and UI design, and the parameters are displayed by analog pointers and numbers. The LCD screen can display multiple current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement a protective shutdown when the generator set is not working properly.
The controller has a built-in display interface such as simplified Chinese, English, etc., and the language interface can be according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored through the USB port or RS485 interface using a PC, which can be widely used in various types of genset automation systems.
Performance and Characteristics
There are four models in the DC7xD series:
DC70D: used for stand-alone automation, control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through the remote start signal;
DC72D: On the basis of DC70D, add mains monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control (AMF) functions, which is suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one mains and one generator set.
DC70DR: add RS485 interface on the basis of DC70D;
